Reading People

By Bruce Felps

Business people, when sitting across a desk during negotiations, probably could use a little insight on what the other person might be thinking.

East Dallas business practitioners could gain some of that insight during this week’s East Dallas Networking lunch.

Jeff Persaile, CPLP — which stands for Certified Professional in Learning and Performance — addresses the assemblage about noon, the gathering starts at 11:30 a.m., Aug. 25, at Highland Park Cafeteria.

His presentation, “How To Read People To Improve Your Business,” describes methods of improving sales approaches and negotiating skills by becoming better acquainted with how people think, act, and react.

Admission costs $2 with another $2 recommended for cafeteria staff. RSVPs are highly encouraged. Yes, highly encouraged, indeed.
