Unfair Park has a bit more today on the proposed bowling alley for Lower Greenville Avenue.

It goes back to the City Plan Commission this week, after the board delayed its initial hearing until Thursday before moving it along to City Council.

The rooftop patio — and, to a slightly lesser degree, parking — seems to be the main sticking point, including questions on how to mitigate noise and at what time of night to close the patio.

The linked item, though, contains a sketch of the proposed space, which might be worth a look.
