The Lakewood Fourth of July Parade is just about set.

It takes place Monday, July 4 — duh — and this year carries the theme Lakewood Loves the Lake, which seems like a natural.

Organizers still need to round up some volunteer help. Namely, they need parade float judges, fun run coordinators, float numberers and liner-uppers, and a few volunteer police officers to ensure the tranquility wouldn’t be a bad thing, either.

Love the little black duck in the official theme logo poster.
