The Woodrow Wilson High School boys golf teams took first and second places in the Dallas City Golf Tourney on May 5.

Freshman Sam Shaw took first place firing a career low 77 at Tenison Highlands course. Junior Johnny Cochran took second place. Clint Joaquim took seventh and Joey Larsen placed eighth.

They are coached by Tom Crabb, a former Woodrow parent and 1971 alumnus. Crabb teaches in the school’s new Business, Finance, and Entrepreneurship College Prep Academy.

Shaw and Cochran will also be playing in the 20th annual Tim Brown Woodrow Wilson Golf Tournament May 23 at Tenison Highlands. Alumni and the community are invited to participate.
