FlowFest takes place from 11 a.m.-4 p.m., April 23, on the heels of Earth Day, at the Bath House Cultural Center, rain or shine.

The event commemorates the flow of life through, and we quote, “a myriad of experiential movement modalities from yoga to tai chi to ecstatic dance … to make joyful, embodied living accessible and inviting to folks of all ages and walks of life.”

FlowFest also includes drumming and circus arts, elliptical cycle demonstrations, music, food, and a raffle chance to win a Sea Wind Phat Cycle bike.

Raffle tickets, available online, cost $5.
