Hillside Shopping Center gained a new tenant during December when Ditto Boutique, an upscale consignment shop specializing in women’s clothing and accessories, moved into the space formerly occupied by Lone Star Comics.

Owner Jane DeNike relocated the shop from its old location along West Lovers Lane in part to be closer to her Casa Linda home. After a period of “quiet opening,” DeNike is ready to welcome the community at large.

The 2,500-square-foot store at Hillside Village features top-name fashions from designers such as Chanel, Jimmy Choo, Gucci, and Tony Roma boots.

“I also have Marc Jacobs handbags and shoes by Tory Burch, Burberry, YSL, Miu Miu, Prada, and Manolo Blahnik,” DeNike said in a press release.

DeNike opted to keep expanded hours beyond those operated at the old location. Ditto welcomes customers from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Mondays-Saturdays, and noon-5 p.m. Sundays.

Ditto, according to the release, carries a selection of clothing in sizes 0 through 16 as well as few items in larger sizes. There’s also a wide selection of jewelry, sunglasses, and other accessories.

Ditto takes in consignments year round. Spring, gently worn items with price tags still attached are accepted from January through June; fall items are received July through December.
