Candidates lining up

Angela Hunt might or might not run for mayor. Dallas could do a lot worse than her and, in this opinion, not much, if any, better.

If she does, though, at least three candidates already started the line to succession.

Rachel Stone over at the friendly competition put together a list of three men who’ve stated their designs on the District 14 seat of City Council with the proviso that Hunt enter the mayoral race.

Chad Lasseter of Hollywood Heights, James Nowlin of Lakewood Heights, and Jim Rogers of Bryan Place should be in the mix when the candidacy filing window opens Feb. 14.
